Refund policy

  • To minimize our environmental footprint, we currently don't offer returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding. However, we do have a warranty policy outlined below for when you receive damaged products. 

  • Warranty Eligibility: We kindly inform you that currently only items that were already damaged when received are under warranty and are eligible for a return. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

  • Warranty Window: Should you need to return a product, please do so within 15 days of receiving your order. We regret that requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

  • Incorrect Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund without any additional charges. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
