Warranty Eligibility: We kindly inform you that currently only items that were already damaged when received are under warranty and are eligible for a return. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Warranty Window: Should you need to return a product, please do so within 15 days of receiving your order. We regret that requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
