Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to most addresses around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method. Orders from the US, UK, Canada, and EU - our standard shipping times are 4 to 7 days.

    While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control.

Customer Service

  • Ecoright is committed to providing exceptional sustainable products with great customer service. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1-4 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or your order email our support team orders@ecoright.com . We’re okay if you drop an email just to chat, we’d love to make a new friend 🙂

Return Policy

 

  • To minimize our environmental footprint, we currently don't offer returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding. However, we do have a warranty policy outlined below for when you receive damaged products. 

  • Warranty Eligibility: We kindly inform you that currently only items that were already damaged when received are under warranty and are eligible for a return. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

  • Warranty Window: Should you need to return a product, please do so within 15 days of receiving your order. We regret that requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

  • Incorrect Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund without any additional charges. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our policies are a part of our commitment to maintaining a sustainable and equitable business operation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.

  • We do not store any credit card details on our website once your transaction is completed. All your information is processed by our payment gateway partners.
