What shipping options does ecoright offer?
We use expedited shipping only. We deliver to most metro cities in 1-3 days. Shipping fees can be viewed during the checkout process.
How can I track my ecoright order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also log in to your Ecoright account and visit the "My Orders" section to track your package.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order with ecoright?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
How long will it take for my ecoright order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected during the checkout process and your location. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. We deliver to most metro cities in 2-3 business days.
What happens if my ecoright order is damaged or lost during shipping?
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order.
Can I return or exchange items purchased from ecoright?
- To minimize our environmental footprint, we currently don't offer returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding. However, we do have a warranty policy outlined below for when you receive damaged products.
- Warranty Eligibility: We kindly inform you that currently only items that were already damaged when received are under warranty and are eligible for a return. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
- Warranty Window: Should you need to return a product, please do so within 15 days of receiving your order. We regret that requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
- Incorrect Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund without any additional charges. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund will be made to the original payment method in prepaid orders.
Can I return or exchange a product purchased during a sale?
Please note that products purchased at a special discount or during a clearance sale are not eligible for exchanges. A fixed exchange fee of Rs. 99 will be charged for each item exchanged. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the original purchase date. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement product.

However, we cannot guarantee full refunds on order cancellations once an order has been processed for shipping.
